1. Air Separation Plants

Technical Features:

On the basis of introducing and learning the advanced technology from home and abroad and independent research & development, SASPG has obtained the technology of structural packing, cryogenic argon production and mol sieve adsorption for large air separation plant both internal and external process. In terms of technology, SASPG has witnessed the changes from switch-over process to mol sieve pressurizing process and from mol sieve pressurizing process to structural packing & cryogenic argon production process. The oxygen recovery rate reaches more than 96% and the argon recovery rate in external compression process is up to 80% while in internal compression up to 90%. SASPG has made eye-catching progress in large and medium-sized air separation plant design and manufacturing and has obtained well-proven, complete and advanced air separation technologies with its own special characteristics.

2. Natural Gas (Associated Gas) Liquefaction and Separation Plants

SASPG has developed the natural gas (associated gas) liquefaction and separation technology since 1970s and now can design, manufacture and supply the natural gas liquefaction plants, LNG filling & vaporizing stations, LNG storage & transportation equipment, LNG valves, LNG cylinders used for bus and taxi, LNG vacuum-insulation piping, vaporizers, heat exchangers and pressure vessels. The 500,000 Nm3/d associated gas separation plant made by SASPG was awarded the China National Quality Golden Prize. In 2002 SASPG exported to Myanmar 2 sets of natural gas liquefaction/separation plants with capacity of 450,000 Nm3/d and 280,000 Nm3/d respectively. In February, 2005 SASPG signed a contract to export the first skid-mounted LNG vaporizing station in China and a complete set of natural gas liquefaction plant to Poland.
